Joined Equilibrium in 2015
I find it thoroughly enjoyable being the first face people see when they walk through the door. It’s a tight-knit group of people who work at Equilibrium and they are all so friendly.
Since the age of 20, I’ve experienced different roles in hospitality managing pubs, hotels and restaurants so I am used to dealing with responsibility and, despite the anti-social hours which came with these jobs, I always kept a smile on my face.
Working for Equilibrium means I now have freedom at weekends to go out socialising and I’m finally looking forward to enjoying Christmas with my family.
